You must maintain an active subscription or account in good standing to access paid features of the Service.
If your subscription expires or payment fails, we may limit or suspend access to features and may remove or delete stored data in accordance to user retention settings, or after a reasonable period defined exclusively by Skillsnap.me.
4. User Content
Data authors retain ownership of data; resumes, job data, and other content you upload or create using the Service. You grant SkillSnap.me permission to store and process this content to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. You bear all responsibility for the accuracy of data uploaded to Skillsnap.me.
6. Data Retention and Removal
You can delete your personal data and account information at any time within the application preferences / subscription settings.
SkillSnap.me reserves the right to delete inactive or unpaid accounts and associated data after subscription lapse.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8. Disclaimer
SkillSnap.me does NOT guarantee any specific outcome from using the Service. Candidates must still prove their value to potential employers through interviews, assessments, and professional interactions. SkillSnap.me recommends that candidates review all resumes for accuracy prior to submitting them to employers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillSnap.me shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Service use.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated terms.
