Users must maintain an active subscription or account in good standing to access paid features of the Service.

If your subscription expires or payment fails, we may limit or suspend access to features and may remove or delete stored data after a reasonable period.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of resumes, job data, and other content you upload or create using the Service. You grant SkillSnap permission to store and process this content to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Data Retention and Removal

Users can delete their personal data and account information at any time within the application preferences / subscription settings.

SkillSnap reserves the right to delete inactive or unpaid accounts and associated data after subscription lapse.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Disclaimer

SkillSnap provides tools to assist job applications but does not guarantee employment or job offers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillSnap shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Service use.
